When dental pain, swelling, or trauma strikes, waiting can allow the problem to escalate. Our emergency dental team is prepared to see you as quickly as possible to assess the situation, relieve pain, and stabilize your tooth or oral tissues.
Patients come to us with severe toothaches, signs of infection, broken teeth, or dental injuries, and our focus is always on treating the underlying cause rather than masking symptoms.
From your first call, you’ll know exactly what to expect. We prioritize rapid pain control, infection management, and same-day treatment when clinically appropriate.
Before any procedure begins, we clearly explain the recommended care and provide transparent cost information, so there are no surprises.
Dental emergencies involve sudden pain, infection, trauma, or bleeding that need prompt professional care. Severe or worsening tooth pain, facial swelling with fever, abscesses, knocked-out or dislodged teeth, dental injuries, and uncontrolled oral bleeding should be treated immediately.
Urgent concerns that can usually wait 24–48 hours include lost fillings, crowns, or veneers, chipped or cracked teeth without intense pain, and mild to moderate toothaches.
Until your visit, apply a cold compress for swelling, use over-the-counter pain relief as directed, and avoid placing aspirin directly on the gums.
Intense or persistent pain often signals nerve involvement or structural damage. We identify the source, relieve pain, and stabilize the tooth to prevent further fracture or infection.
Dental trauma requires immediate care to improve the chance of saving the tooth. Rapid repositioning or stabilization helps protect surrounding bone and soft tissue.
Infections can spread quickly and cause serious complications. Emergency treatment focuses on drainage, infection control, and pain relief to protect your overall health.
Cuts or tears inside the mouth can bleed heavily. We clean, assess, and manage soft-tissue injuries to support proper healing and reduce infection risk.
Broken teeth and damaged restorations can expose sensitive areas. We stabilize the tooth and restore function to reduce pain and prevent additional damage.
Missing restorations leave teeth vulnerable. Emergency care protects the exposed tooth and helps prevent sensitivity, decay, or further structural breakdown.
Dental emergencies can feel overwhelming, especially when symptoms appear suddenly. Taking the right first-aid steps before arriving at our office can help reduce pain, limit damage, and improve treatment outcomes.

Handle the tooth by the crown only, avoiding contact with the root. Rinse it gently with water to remove debris, without scrubbing or drying it out.
If possible, carefully place the tooth back into its socket, making sure it is facing the correct direction. If reinsertion is not possible, store the tooth in milk or a saline solution. Arrive within 60 minutes for the best chance of saving the tooth.

Dental infections can worsen rapidly if left untreated, spreading from the tooth into surrounding bone, gums, or facial tissues. In some cases, infection may move beyond the mouth and affect overall health.
Emergency treatment allows the source of infection to be identified and controlled early through drainage, medication, or stabilization, helping reduce swelling, fever, and the risk of serious complications.
Dental injuries such as cracks, fractures, or displaced teeth require immediate attention. When treatment is provided the same day, dentists can often stabilize the tooth, protect the nerve, and support natural healing.
Delaying care reduces the likelihood of saving the tooth and increases the chance of permanent damage, tooth loss, or the need for more extensive restorative work.
Pain relief alone does not resolve the underlying dental problem. Same-day emergency treatment focuses on diagnosing the root cause of pain, such as infection, nerve irritation, or structural damage.
By addressing the source directly, treatment provides more effective and lasting relief while reducing the risk of repeated flare-ups or worsening symptoms.
Early emergency care can stop minor dental problems from developing into major issues. Prompt intervention often preserves more natural tooth structure and reduces the need for complex procedures such as surgery or tooth replacement.
Treating emergencies right away can lower long-term costs, shorten recovery time, and improve overall treatment outcomes.
Your dentist quickly evaluates the problem, controls urgent symptoms, and stabilizes the affected tooth or tissue to prevent further damage or discomfort.
Digital X-rays or scans help identify infection, fractures, or trauma accurately, allowing for fast, informed treatment decisions.
Local anesthesia and appropriate medications are used to relieve pain and reduce inflammation as early as possible.
When appropriate, treatment begins immediately to resolve the issue, restore function, and limit the need for multiple visits.
You receive clear home-care instructions, prescriptions if needed, and guidance on follow-up visits to support proper healing.

Fast-acting local anesthesia is used to numb the area quickly and comfortably. We apply techniques that minimize discomfort and help patients stay relaxed during emergency treatment.
When pain, inflammation, or infection is present, medications are prescribed carefully based on clinical need and safety. Our focus is effective relief without unnecessary medication.
Emergency dental visits can feel overwhelming. We take extra steps to create a calm, supportive environment and explain each step before treatment begins.
